Customer Services Assistants
We
are continually looking to recruit casual Customer Services Assistants
to work on the busy Circus Space Reception desk and support the Customer
Services Manager.
Customer service experience is preferred and we would particularly welcome
applications from those who have working knowledge of box office/booking
systems, especially Patron Edge.
The positions are permanent based on a casual ‘no hours guaranteed’
contract. Shifts will be agreed with the Customer Services Manager in
advance and a typical shift may range from 4.25 – 8.75hrs, Monday
– Sunday. Customer Services Assistants may be asked to work at
other times during shows or one-off events.
The current rate of pay is £8.20 per hour.
